The preparations of our menus are made according to the seasons and with the greatest respect for the products, inspired by nature thanks to our partner suppliers.
One of the specialties: “The robatayaki” or robota is at the center of our cuisine. It is a wood fire hearth used as a means of cooking. Originally from Japan, it was used as a heater by fishermen in northern Japan in their boats.

You will have plenty of time to find our availability in real time, to register on our waiting list, to let us know the purpose of your visit (for an event, a celebration, a business meal or for pleasure), your allergies and to provide us with any other relevant information concerning your visit (wheelchair, stroller, etc.)
For lunch and from four seats and at dinner for all reservations, a credit card details will be requested to confirm your reservation. There is no charge and you can cancel your visit with a simple click on the link in your confirmation email up to 4 hours before the service hour. After this period of time, the deposit announced will be will be charged.

Starred by the Michelin guide in 2016 (Domaine des Etangs – Massignac) and three Gault&Millau toques, the 33-year-old from Grenoble won the prestigious Gault&Millau prize for “Young Talents” in July 2018. A precious boost that comes at the right time as Fabien BEAUFOUR is about to open the doors of his first restaurant in Bordeaux.
It is between the Chartrons district and the Public Garden that Fabien BEAUFOUR and his wife Emilie opened their first restaurant in January 2019.
After many years abroad in the luxury hotel industry (United States, Switzerland, Great Britain) and in the kitchens of prestigious gastronomic establishments such as Eleven Madison Park in New York (elected best restaurant in the world by the 50 Best Pellegrino!), Fabien BEAUFOUR sharpens his knives alongside big names such as Anne-Sophie PIC.

Our sommeliers offer you more than fifty references of red wines and as many whites. We offer great Bordeaux classics and discoveries from the region and elsewhere like our French cuisine with an international twist affordable and down to earth.
Yes we are nice, we practice corkage, it remains at our discretion, we apply a forty euros per bottle. Note that your bottle will be the second opened after your selection from our menu.

The same menu will be served for our little ones as for our big customers.
